Univesidade do saber

Pronto Paguei is a Brazilian fintech that breaks the bills nobody enjoys paying. Its team already had a training platform. Unprofessional, and hard to move around in, by the client's own account.

Universidade do Saber is the rebuild. Training, onboarding and support material sorted into modules and several courses, shaped like a catalog you browse rather than a portal you get sent to. Lime green on near-black, an extension of the Pronto Paguei brand.

Process

We started with the education platforms people choose to study on, then built prototypes in Claude Design, fast and disposable, until one direction held. That one earned the design system: color, type, components and illustrations tied to the parent brand but with its own personality.

Outcomes

It's live, and it's what a new hire opens on day one. A visual system built for teaching, tracking progress and handing out certificates, available on desktop and at 390 on the phone. The company somebody just joined looks, from the inside, like a company that has its act together.

"We had already built the platform, but it was ugly, unprofessional and the UX was bad. We wanted a visual connection with the Pronto Paguei brand, but with a personality of its own. We took the idea to Luana and she went past what we expected. Every time I send it to a new employee, I'm proud of what they're going to find. I know it will make our own people trust the company they work for even more."
